Miguel Facundo III is a Houston, Texas–based home builder and the founder/owner of Facundo Home Builders, Inc. The company was established in 2004 and specializes in custom and speculative residential construction, particularly in Houston's Garden Oaks/Oak Forest area. He has built over 80 homes in this area of Houston. High integrity and detailed follow up on all his work. His entrepreneurship includes but not limited to experience in Custom homes, renovations, additions, restaurant buildout and ownership, commercial construction and civil/structural work, including foundations, drainage and structural projects. The company emphasizes high-quality materials, craftsmanship, energy efficiency, and individualized designs.
Mr. Facundo is a longstanding member of the Greater Houston Builders Association and also Texas Association of Builders.

Tony M. Brown has joined forces and included his talents and abilities with Mr. Facundo to create two builders for the price of one. Tony M. Brown is a Houston-based real-estate investor, developer, and business operator whose activities span residential development, homebuilding, property investment, and several related companies. Mr. Brown’s experience level includes over 130 development properties including but not limited to spec construction, custom homes, commercial ownership and development, land acquisition and consulting. Vast experience and understanding of the market are his strong points and providing the financing and resources to build this new partnership with Miguel Facundo.
Mr. Facundo and Mr. Brown are both longstanding members of the Greater Houston Builders Association and also Texas Association of Builders.
